Bloggers Converge on Colorado


What a wonderful, whirlwind weekend we had. Between the bloggy lunch in Denver, the over-nighters in Glenwood Springs, and the BBQ at Casa de Payne, we had a total of 14 bloggers attend. We have agreed, secret handshakes have been exchanged, and contracts have been signed that "Whatever happens in Colorado, stays in Colorado," but there are some tidbits about this weekend I am willing to divulge.

Tupac's memory is alive and well on this fine womans leg.

Natalie Portman guides tours of caves when she is not making movies.

I like "big bolts" and I cannot lie.

I live in Vacation Land, USA! I love living in Colorado.

Carrot Jello sings like an angel.

When bloggers get together it's like Christmas! Presents for everyone!

What is better than seeing one woman in daisy dukes, a hot pink tank top and clear plastic stillettos? Seeing two women in daisy dukes, a hot pink tank top and clear plastic stilletoes!

Every party is better with a deep fryer.

No Cool Story is the queen of Apples to Apples!

God loves bloggers.

    It sounds like y'all had so much fun. I'm pretty jealous, but I'm trying to quit saying that because I've said it a lot lately. Thanks for the divulged information.

    ps. So that's what all those tattooed girls are going to look like in 40 years.

    I am so sorry!! I honestly thought that it was this Saturday for some reason. I didn't realize you were doing all that Denver/Glenwood/here/Glenwood/
    Denver thing all in one weekend. I am so sad that I missed the party ;( (boohoo!) Pleasssseee forgive me. It looks like you had so much fun. I spent my Saturday fixing the fence between our property and the neighbors. It was so much fun (LOL!!!)

    You forgot to include that sweet and demure Carrot snapped the pic of the Tat Granny because Elastic shied away from the opportunity. I bet her grandkids love her, though. She's like a walking picture book.

    You're the fun one, Annie, and you chose to sacrifice some of the good times by chauffering us around and organizing stuff. The mark of a selfless hostess, for sure. I not only heart you, but I heart your entire family.
