Weekend Wrap Up

Our quick over-nighter to Telluride was a blast. The Cronin clan really knows how to partay hartay! Telluride is so beautiful this time of year as the colors are changing.

One of the most excited things that happened is that I saw a black bear walking down the street in front of our condo at 11pm at night! He didn't even run when I was calling to the others to come have a look. Here's some pics! *****

    I guess they didn't invite you over, then. How sad. They probably don't even realized what they missed out on. From all the blogs about Colorado you would think that they'd have a clue. But alas, we will admire the pics of the outside of their home and know that they missed out.

    Now you've got me singing Christmas carols in my head...I'd better get myself to Target for some early Christmas shopping! ;)

    Why didn't you bring your Bat-rapeller and scale the walls of their house? I'm so disappointed. I thought you were more adventurous.

    just last week i was listening to a story on npr about bears in vail and aspen (and it sounds like telluride as well) and how the ones up there aren't afraid of people and will break into condos and houses and steal food. scary. tomkat's house looks NICE. i can't believe i just said tomkat.

    I love that place!!!! I remember going, and it being about 20 degrees colder than i thought it would be and we had to buy sweatshirts--this was not about souvenirs--this was about survival!!!
    Looks like a great time was had by all :)
