Have you ever had so much fun that you forgot to take pictures?! Monkey Brain Meat Loaf, interminable rounds of Apples to Apples, and chasing the Schwains man for free ice cream kept us entertained to the point where we didn't even stop to consider capturing the moment.
I am having the kids put their costumes back on this morning so we can get some post-Halloween shots. Until then, here are some pics from a giant bug sculpture installment at a botanical garden near Boston we visited this summer.
Stop by later to see more!
It's later!

Galatic Conservatism is alive and well.
Palin Action Sequence
Sarah is not afraid to "go rogue" against her own party for the benefit of the galaxy.
We didn't take pictures either and I plan on doing the same thing with my kids. :) Glad it's not just me!
ReplyDeleteYou guys look great! I saw so many Palin's yesterday, but I think you take the cake...or the candy.
ReplyDeleteYou are just about the cutest thing on the planet.
ReplyDeleteAwesome sword fight!
ReplyDeleteLove the candy angel and the force.
Looks like fun.
It would be so awesome if she really did go fully rogue!!!
ReplyDeleteHalloween looks fun at your house!
We love the Force at our house...
ReplyDeleteLooks like you got a workout during that battle!
Palin would be no match for Janet Reno in a lightsaber battle.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Palin!!! Way to go! You look awesome!
ReplyDeleteYou and Aubrey are twins!! YAY!!
ReplyDeleteMini me is darling.
Dear Mrs. Palin,
ReplyDeleteYou look fab in pink. Good luck on Tuesday!
May the force be with you,
w
you are so cute as sarah palin light sabering it up!
ReplyDeleteYeah? Well I took my mini-Infidels to a Halloween Festival put on by the school district's FFA club. We got terrorized in the Haunted House by AG kids in costume who decided to infringe on our personal space(that's really more horrifying than anything else in a Haunted House), we mocked the scary intruders that popped out of the darkness on our moonlight hay ride, and we got to see a bevy of Disney Princesses dressed up like it was Celebrate Prostitution Week at Disney World.
ReplyDeleteSnow White is actually being pimped out by the dwarves. Sad really. Even more sad that these teenage girls thought it was okay to go to a family function dressed like that.
Halloween at the Payne house looks like a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteI love it!
ReplyDeletethat's so funny Annie. One time our camera ate all the Easter pictures so we also reenacted them months later when we discovered the tragedy. Except the fourth of July uncle Sam was in the Easter pictures. oh well
ReplyDeleteI think I'll blog about that hmmmm
You should wear your Sarah Palin get-up when you vote tomorrow. I wonder if they will turn you away? Hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteMJ in GJ
I recognize that Gymboree butterfly costume. Too cute:)
ReplyDeleteSo this is us in five years, eh? I gotta say, what a relief. I was worried that I'd be a washed up penny saver 45-words-or-less writer with boring children and a thick waist line.
ReplyDeleteYou have given me more hope then you can possibly imagine. I'm literally going to be just like you when I grow up.
And meeting you is kind of freaky, in a thrilling and rather cool way. Very Halloween appropriate.
Awww, I see all the cute cousins!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are so lucky.
You got mad sword fighting skillz.
I'm so glad you added the pictures...I love them, and the video too! :D
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a Candy Snow Angel before! PURE GENIUS! :)
The Snow Angel is probably the favorite for this post.
ReplyDeleteI love blogging. The biggest reason is b/c I carry my camera around and am always thinking of pictures that may be used on a future post. Prior to blogging, never thought of it really, taking pictures that is. Camera always with us, just never used.
